Booking Information

If you wish to book our villa you can either e-mail or telephone us to confirm your required dates are available. We can then forward you a booking form in the post.

A reservation deposit of £200 is required for each booking. This deposit will be deducted from your final balance. The full balance must be received no later than 10 weeks prior to the commencement date of your rental period.

A damage/security deposit of an additional £200 is required for each booking. This deposit is fully refundable upon return of the keys and a satisfactory inspection of our villa by our management company with confirmation that the villa was left in the same condition that it was found. The refund will be paid within approximatley 30 days of your return.

CANCELLATION - notification of cancelation must be in writting.

1) If notification of cancellation is received over 10 weeks prior to your arrival date a 50% deposit fee will be refundable.

2) If notification of cancellation is received less than 10 weeks prior to your arrival no refund will be due.

AMENDMENTS - to your original booking can be made at any time for a small administration fee of £25.
